  • Registration is only available online using this website. Offline registration is not available.
  • Registration is available online till 31st Jan 2024 23:59 Indian Standard Time (IST).
  • Conference kit is not guaranteed in case of spot registrations.
  • No separate registration required for accompanying person, however name should be mentioned on the online registration form.
  • Extra food coupons will be available at registration counter.
  • Registration Fee for Delegates above 70+ years is waived off, however registration is mandatory.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable to another party, program, or to dues.


  • Accommodation rates for single night and 3 nights package rate at Venue Hotel is provided for convenience of delegates.
  • Additional amenities and services are chargeable as per Hotel rates.
  • Delegates can also book accommodation at different Hotel as per requirement.
  • Delegates are responsible for arranging for their own travel.

Accompanying Person

  • In addition to yourself, you may register one or more accompanying persons name over 18 years (e.g., spouse, relative) while registering online.
  • No registration charges are applicable for accompanying person, however food coupons can be purchased for the accompanying person at registration counter.
  • The following people may not attend the conference as an accompanying person and should instead register as a conference attendee:
    • Colleague or associate working in ENT or Speech Language Pathology.
    • PG students of ENT and SLP students.

Registration Cancellation

  • Cancellation request must be made in writing. An e-mail request at [email protected] must be sent to initiate cancellation as per terms.
  • If the cancellation is done before 30th Sep 2023, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is done before 30th November 2023, 40% amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation is done after 30th November 2023, no refund will be entertained.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed post conference within 30 days.
  • Refunds will be sent by cheque, and cannot be applied back to credit cards. If payment was made or reimbursed by an institution, organisation, or business, it is the responsibility of the Registrant to ensure funds are made out to and mailed to the appropriate entity.
  • No Refund would be initiated for ‘No Show’ in the conference or workshop.

Program modification

Please note that while speakers, exhibitions and sessions were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations.

As such, the PHONOCON 2024 organising committee reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers, exhibitions and sessions if necessary, without liability. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our portal as soon as possible.

Limitation of liability – Force majeure

PHONOCON 2024 organising committee shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed OR changed into another format as a result of a “Force Majeure” event beyond its reasonable control. For the purposes of this clause, Force Majeure events shall include, but not limited to general and labor strikes, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations, health emergencies, acts of Indian government or state such as lockdown and quarantine measures, immigration and transport or on site restrictions, and acts of nature such as fires, floods, extreme weather or other emergency.

  • If PHONOCON 2024 organising committee determines that the conference needs to be cancelled as a result of a Force Majeure event, refund will be at the discretion of the organising committee which will be intimated to delegates if event is cancelled.

Governing Law

The construction, validity and performance of the present terms are exclusively governed by the laws of ASSAM, INDIA without reference or regard to principles of conflicts of law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of ASSAM, INDIA.
